  • Supervising the consistency of operational procedures in the area of customer service within commercial and customer service teams from customer acquisition to termination of cooperation;
  • Development of standard process measurements with which comparisons can be made;
  • Checking and testing processes and procedures – performing verifications against pre-established standards;
  • Taking care of continuous improvement of core processes to ensure that the quality of customer service is maintained while optimizing efficiency;
  • Investigation of detected discrepancies in processes and procedures;
  • Training Customer Service Back Office and commercial team employees in quality requirements, application of procedures and use of documentation;
  • Onboarding new Customer Service Back Office employees into their daily duties;
  • Verifying the quality of work performed by team members of customer and commercial teams to confirm compliance with standards and measuring quality results;
  • Keeping documentation related to quality assessment;
  • Providing Customer Service Back Office employees with regular meetings aimed at eliminating mistakes and improving quality;
  • Analysis and verification of complaints or reported quality errors in order to consider and close them in accordance with the company's guidelines and external regulatory requirements;
Who we are looking for?
  • 2 – 3 years sales/customer service/logistic in a service company where analysis and attention to detail was a key success factor
  • Business data analysis and account reconciliation
  • Having worked in a Customer Service Team or Quality Team environment that solely focuses on investigating and analysing data to resolve issues.
  • Direct customer liaising
  • MA Degree required
  • Fluency in Polish and English is must
